During my trip to the Museum of Contemporary Art in Cleveland I viewed the exhibition Ferran Adrià: Notes on Creativity. On view was a variety of information on the culinary mastermind whose research and cooking techniques declared him “Chef of the Decade” in 2010 by Restaurant Magazine. From sketches to drawings, the work of Adrià illuminated the work of the culinary mastermind. The wall text follows the proceeding image from the exhibition.

METRO Show 2014

Last week I attended the opening for METRO Show 2014, which is an art fair that displays work from galleries whose work mainly focuses on American folk art, pre colonization art (labeled by some galleries as indigenous art), and the decorative arts. While I would love to see a more diverse perspective and collection of artists and images present within the fair, I do have some highlights I would love to share with you all.
