Erin K. Hylton is a Jamaican-American cultural organizer, social justice advocate, mentor, art collector and artist who proudly hails from the Bronx, New York. She fervently believes that art is a human right. Her academic background includes a Masters in Nonprofit Management from New School University and Masters in Special Education from Hunter College School of Education. Her presentation experience includes: Museums Association of the Caribbean, National Art Education Association, New York City Museum Educator’s Roundtable and Open Engagement. She recently co-wrote an article for the September 2016 Journal of Folklore and Education. Her personal mantra is, “Take Action, Create Change!”
